Human Resources Employee Handbook Customization
Development time to customize a handbook based on the size of the business (number of employees) and the number of company-specific and legally mandated policies.   Prices will range from a basic handbook with recommended legally mandated policies for $780 (4 hours) up to a handbook that includes all legally mandated policies plus best practices for $1,950 (10 hours). Each handbook is customized to the business’s needs and is provided in an electronic version that can be updated in the future.  NCAT will subsidize 30 minutes as a service to our members.

Human Resources Management Support
Immediate response and answers for your difficult human resources situations including but not limited to employee performance issues, employee relations issues, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, terminations, or responding to governmental agencies.   Available by phone, e-mail, or onsite support.

HR Project Support
Available to develop and manage HR Projects such as Salary Range Development,  Merger or Acquisitions, Strategic Plan Development, Training , 360 Degree Feedback, Employee Feedback Surveys (Online or in-person), Succession Planning, Manpower Planning, or Employee Development Planning.
