We provide free online harassment prevention training to our contractor members for their labor workforce and office staff to help meet the requirements of SB 778.
The new law requires companies with 5 or more employees (previously it was for companies with 50 or more employees) to provide 2-hour harassment prevention training for supervisory employees and 1-hour training to non-supervisory employees by January 1, 2021 and every two years thereafter. The training is good for two years. Note: Once the course is completed, the employee should go to “Completed Courses” to download their certificate to provide to their employer.
The training is also good for 2 years and is transferrable from employer to employer.
