Each year, the NCGMA Glass Management Awards celebrate the outstanding union glazier who go above and beyond, demonstrating leadership, craftsmanship, safety, and pride in their work. These awards honor individuals who embody what it means to be a true professional in the finishing trades.
Nominees and award recipients exemplify the best of our industry. They:
- Go above and beyond their normal duties
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership on and off the job site
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, safety record, performance, and client relations
